One day,Link,the young hero of Hyrule,was taking a stroll out in Hyrule Field near the Market.He was a child,Zelda had transported him back to his childhood.He had only glimpses left of his amazing journey."What should I do?",Link wondered.As he was nearing the drawbridge,a monster storm began."I'd better run for cover!",thought Link.As he was about to set foot on the drawbridge,it began to close!Link quickly grabbed hold of a chain and rode it up to the top.Lightning was striking everywhere.Link looked down,and saw a Stalfos!Link had to jump down from the walls of the town.He positioned himself above the Stalfos,withdrew his sword,and leapt off.Link sliced his Kokiri Sword at the Stalfos knight,and cut it's head off!Blood stained the floor where the Stalfos dropped."This isn't right...",thought Link.He quickly ran toward Hyrule Castle.When he got there,he stared in wide-eyed horror.Every castle guard was fighting either a Stalfos,a Moblin,or both.Bodies from both sides,good and evil,littered the once beautiful grass.Link looked to his right,and saw a Stalfos cut a man's head off! Blood stained the ground from which the body fell.Link looked to his left,and saw a guard run a Moblin through.He looked proud,but then,a Stalfos and a Moblin charged at him,and ran their weapons through the poor man's heart.Link was mad,and charged at both the Staflos and the Moblin.Link jumped,withdrew his sword,and cut them in half!Not much blood splattered everywhere,but their was a fair amount.Link ran forward,and saw a strong guard kill 3 Stalfos and 3 Moblins.Another Stalfos got so mad,he charged at the guard and sliced him with his bloody sword.Link screamed out as a Moblin cut him with his spear.Link took out his slingshot,aimed it at the Moblins weak spot,and fired.The Moblin grunted,then collapsed,dead.Link dragged the hurt guard to the back alleys of the Castle Town."Who are you?",asked the man."My name is Link.",answered Link."I am known as Lance,leader of the! king's guards.I am to protect Zelda,the princess of Hyrule."Lance said."Is she okay?",asked Link,worried about his friend."I hope so.The last time I saw her,she was with her nursemaid,Impa.Impa is a Sheikah.",Lance explained.After a while,Link and Lance were in better condition."Let's go check the castle.",suggested Lance."Alright.",answered the brave Link.When the got there,they saw nothing but bodies of monsters and Hylians all over the place."Oh Din...",said Link."I have never seen anything like this before in my whole 38 years of life.",mumbled Lance.Heads were in piles.Bodys were chopped in half,one part near the castle,and the other near what USED to be a dragon statue head.Instead,their was half a statue head and blood covered it.But,it was green blood.Apparently,the guards were a match for the evil monsters."Where's Zelda?",asked Link."I don't see her..."said Lance.Suddenly,Link found a small,blue object laying near the drainhole in Hyrule Castle.A shining,blue,musical instrument."It can't be...",said Link.But it was.The Ocarina of Time!"I can open the Door of Time and save Hyrule!"Link exclaimed."Let's head to the Temple of Time.",said Link to his newest friend,Lance.When they got there,a ghastly,black body started to move.It was Link's darkest enemy,Ganondorf."You will not save Hyrule this time,boy!DIE!"Ganondorf blasted a huge ball of dark energy at Link.Link fainted!"And you...also die!",laughed Ganondorf.He blasted a weaker ball of dark energy at Lance.He stood for a moment,withdre his sword,but then also fainted in pain."HAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!",laughed Ganondorf."This is mine!"He took the Ocarina of Time,entered the temple,used psychic powers to learn the Song of Time,and played it.But,Ganondorf realised he need the spiritual stones!So,he stole them with telekinesis!He then played the Song of Time,the door opened,and he entered thr Master Sword's room!But,he knew that only Link could take it out of the Pedestal of Time.Ganondorf awakened Link,controlled his body,and picked up the Master Sword!But,Ganondorf then quickly threw Link back out of the Temple of Time with dark powers.He kept the Master Sword.He got powered up by it.Ganondorf laughed evilly,and,when he arrived at the Sacred Realm,destroyed the Temple of Time!"Hahahaha,ahahaha!",laughed Ganondorf.

Link awoke,feeling very hurt."Owww...what on Earth happened?",he said.Lance was right next to him,not moving."Lance,wake up.",Link said.He pushed him.Lance didn't move.Link kicked him.He woke up."What?Oh,it's you,Link.",he muttered.Link looked up at the Temple of Time."Where is the Temple of Time?",Link asked.There was nothing left but rubble,the Door of Time and the Pedestal of Time."Where's the Master Sword?",he stammered."Calm down,Link.",Lance said.Just then,a huge flash of light came down from the heavens,followed by the figure of an old man wearing fancy robes.It was Rauru,the Sage of Light."Who are you?",asked Lance,worried."I am Rauru.This is a time of horror in Hyrule.Link,Ganondorf has destroyed the Temple of Time.He has enslaved the Master Sword.He has captured the Triforce.",Rauru told Link."Impossible!Princess Zelda and myself have the other two parts of the Triforce imbedded inside our souls!",Link told Rauru.Rauru shook his head."Not anymore.You see,Ganondorf manipulated your mind while you were out cold.He made you help him.That made the Triforce unstable because the Hero of Time did something very evil.When that happens,it is said that anything can happen.Ganondorf used his might to capture your piece and Zelda's piece.And,since he had the whole Triforce,he could take the Master Sword for himself.He has captured Zelda.He wants you dead.Zelda will be his prisoner,until someone defeats him.",Rauru told both of them."Hero of Time...you're the Hero of Time!",Lance said,amazed."Yeah,I am.",Link told Lance."Is there any way I can get into the Sacred Realm now?",Link asked the wise Rauru."Yes,there is.I can teleport you there.But,you will not be able to defeat Ganondorf.No one can.Not even us.He has the power of the whole Triforce.And,our powers are weakening.By our powers,I mean the Sages' powers.The medallions we gave you are starting to power down.That means that evil will creep out of those temples into Hyrule.For now,I hate to say it,but we are at the mercy of Ganondorf.And,with him,there is no mercy.",Rauru sadly told them.Lance asked,"Isn't there anyone who can defeat Ganondorf,even if he is powered by the whole Triforce?"Rauru replied,"Yes,there is.3 people.3 Goddesses.The ones that created the Triforce.They are the ones that can.Aided by the Master Sword and the Ocarina of Time,though,Ganondorf is a formidable foe.But,even he can not defeat the Goddesses Din,Farore and Nayru."Rauru then said,"Quickly.I am losing my powers.I can transport both of you to the Sacred Realm,but you will have to return to Hyrule sometimes.I don't know if I will be able to transport you then.Hyrule will need someone to defend it,though."Lance bravely said,"I'll stay here,in Hyrule.I'll be able to defend it,I hope.""Are you sure?",Link then said."Yes,I'll be fine.",Lance exclaimed."You will need to be healed.",Rauru said.With that,he healed him."Thanks.",Lance said."Sure.Ready,young Link?",Rauru asked."Yes.",Link said."Wait!Will anyone help me?",asked Lance."The Great Fairies should offer some help,Lance.They are located near Hyrule Castle,on the top of Death Mountain,at the Desert Colossus, and at the Zora's Fountain.There are actually two located near Hyrule Castle.",Rauru said."Okay,Link.Get ready!",Rauru told him.Link got ready.Rauru powered up.Then,in one gigantic flash of bright light,Link and Rauru were taken to the Sacred Realm.Lance was now alone in Hyrule,with monsters soon-to-be crawling everywhere."Good luck,Hero of Time.",Lance said.With that,he walked off,heading towards Kakariko Village.
